The place is cute, quiet and really enjoyable and I would keep there again if it weren’t for the cleaning payment. After paying a really costly cleaning charge of $150, the house definitely wasn’t in tip top shape. We encountered soiled dishes that had to be rewashed, moldy/dirty home equipment and a lot of stains on the carpet that gave the home a less than clean feel. Great, quiet place near the old progress redwoods. We suggest the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserves close by. The morning view of the Pacific Madrone tree from the eating table is magnificent.
